Which CRMs and/or databases does LiveAlumni work with?

LiveAlumni is fully compatible with any CRM or database. Our data is fully exportable from the LiveAlumni platform in a universal format that can then be imported to any CRM or Database.

In addition we offer direct sync with some of higher ed's most-used platforms — including Raiser's Edge NXT, Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce, and Slate with more on the way soon.

What if our institution uses a CRM that's not a standard higher-ed platform?

Don't worry. Live Alumni data is still compatible and will be able to be imported into your system if you want. We have several options on how you can do this - including our Open API - and our in-house experts can guide you on the best option for how your team can bring LiveAlumni data into their existing workflow.

Do we have to import LiveAlumni data into our database to use it?

Accepted Answer

No! That's the best part. Our new powerful and advanced platform allows you to wrok with, segment, analyze, and export the data you need directly within the LiveAlumni platform.  That means teams who don't want to import - or who haven't decided yet - can still access and make use of their alumni and donor data without migrating or syncing it into their own system at all.
